Our story · since 2019

A print shop that learned to breathe.

Stillpoint opened when two friends signed a lease on a dusty print shop on Alder Street, swept the ink off the floor, and taught eleven classes a week to whoever wandered in.

Values

What we stand on

  • 01
    Breath before poses

If you leave breathing better than you arrived, the class worked.

  • 02
    Small rooms

We cap classes at sixteen so teachers can actually teach people, not crowds.

  • 03
    No mirrors

You'll feel a pose long before you need to watch it. Trust the inside view.

  • 04
    Everybody, really

All bodies, all budgets — community slots in every single class.
